After the news about the disease of teachers related to additive manufacturing in Korea, there has been a lot of discussion on how to evaluate the stability of additive manufacturing. To solve this problem, all relevant government departments jointly announced measures. The announced measures include distributing safety guidelines and establishing standards for installing 3D printing threads, especially promoting quality certification standards for 3D printing equipment and materials. In this presentation, I would like to introduce the overseas evaluation method related to 3D printing quality certification and the evaluation method being promoted in Korea. In addition, I will introduce the current status of domestic standards and international standards related to additive manufacturing, and briefly introduce international standards as well as domestic unique standards developed by KCL. Also, I will explain the procurement agency specifications for the current FDM 3D printer and filament.
