Our drinking water resources are safe enough?

Our drinking water is constantly being threatened. If so, can’t the current level of science and technology be able to eliminate these substances? Not like that. Currently, these contaminants can be removed through various physicochemical water treatment processes such as advanced oxidation and membrane filtration. In addition, new water treatment processes are constantly being developed, and their performance is also being advanced. However, it is not economical to use these new processes right away in the field, so processes that are relatively inexpensive and can treat a large amount of water are mainly used. In other words, there are technologies that can be processed, but there are many limitations to directly applying them to the field. However, recent efforts have been made to overcome this. In addition, as new regulations on chemical management and plastic use arise, it is expected that water quality improvement will greatly contribute in the future. Drinking safe water is no longer just a matter of course, it has become something to strive for and achieve.
