Eligibility
  • Undergraduate students in their sophomore to senior years who received grades in the semester
    * Freshmen in their 1st or 2nd semester are excluded.
Selection
Process
  • Final selection is made by the college of Engineering after all grades have been finalized)
Selection
Criteria
  • Students receiving an “F” grade for any course taken in the awarded semester.
  • Students who have exceeded the enrollment duration limit for the degree(12th semester)
  • Students who have caused problems or received disciplinary action due to undesirable actions on or off campus.
  • Students within top 3% of academic performance in the College of Engineering (Approximately equal to or above 16 students) * At least 1 student in each department sahll be given
  • Must achieve a minimum 3.9 semester grade point average, with at least 15 or above credit hours taken.
  • If two or more applicants received the same score, the selection will be made following the college’s tie breaking procedure.
    – When students’ average score for the semester is the same, students earned higher credit hours will be given priority.
    – When students’ students with a high major score for the relevant semester will be given priority
  • Students whose birth date is early will be prioritized when a tie still occurs after applying the above criteria.
Number of selection
  • 2 times a year (February, August)
